Description
  • Vendor and Freelancer Management:
    • Source and manage a pool of vendors or freelancers specializing in Conversation AI, Computer Vision, Document AI, and Healthcare AI.
    • Skillfully engage in sourcing activities based on project requirements.
  • Language and Communication:
    • Demonstrate fluency in English, both in reading, writing, and comprehension.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and stakeholders using various communication channels.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Possess knowledge of natural language processing tools and techniques, including programming languages, algorithms, machine learning, and data mining.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in language-related technologies.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate and maintain good relationships with universities/colleges both in and outside India.
    • Establish and manage contacts with potential collaborators and industry professionals.
  • Translation and Analysis:
    • Interpret and analyze job or client specifications for language translations and interpretations.
    • Translate complex information into simple language, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Team Management:
    • Train, recruit, and supervise freelancers, vendors, and users.
    • Collaborate with a growing team, sharing expertise, and welcoming feedback.
  • Personal Attributes:
